Parent Survey Results
When you are looking at childcare options for your child, there is a lot to consider. We know that it can be very anxiety inducing when taking those first steps in finding a setting and trusting that your child will have their needs met in a safe, loving environment. We feel that what better way to know what its like at our setting than to know what existing families think.
Here at All Saints Wise Owls we value our parent feedback and we want to share this with you. We ask our parents to complete an annual survey so that we can evaluate our practice, our environment and the service we provide. This year we had a fantastic response rate from our families with some great feedback. Please click here to read the full responses.
You Said..We Did...
Once our survey is complete. we analyse the results and share them with our committee. We then consider the feedback and decide on what changes (if any) we can make.
This year, we have are making the following changes:

Introducing a half termly newsletter for families to share dates, events, key information and updates

We are trailing slightly extended opening times to meet the needs of our families

Safeguarding is paramount so we are adding a specific Safeguarding page to our website as well as including a specific section dedicated to Safeguarding in our half termly newsletter

We will be making sure parents are fully aware of our committee, meeting dates and how they can be part of the committee in supporting the preschool
